Rates are discussed during our initial phone consultation.
Insurance
Direct payment for services is required at the time of appointment. I will provide a statement for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement at your request. Please contact your insurance company with regard to your eligibility for reimbursement prior to our first visit.
Payment
Credit cards are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not given at least one week's notice in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
